dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación cualitativa de abordaje fenomenológico que se basó en los conceptos de Martín Heidegger, se realizó en el Distrito de Víctor Larco de la Ciudad de Trujillo, tuvo como objetivo analizar comprehensivamente el ex-sistir del Agente Comunitario de Salud en una comunidad peri urbana de la ciudad de Trujillo, con el propósito de interpretar las vivencias que tiene el agente comunitario de la salud durante el desempeño de sus actividades en su comunidad. La información se obtuvo a través de la entrevista abierta no estructurada a catorce agentes comunitarios. Los datos obtenidos de la entrevista fueron registrados para su análisis cuidadoso, en aspectos esenciales de los fenómenos. Se elaboraron cinco unidades de significado con su respectiva comprensión vaga y mediana y análisis hermenéutico. En el análisis comprehensivo se develó el ser de los agentes comunitarios en la cotidianidad de su comunidad, el cual los lleva de una autenticidad a una inautenticidad en la búsqueda de su ser como agente comunitario de salud, mostrándose como siendo para el cuidado con otros.es_ES
