Abstract
La presente investigación se fundamenta en describir la influencia que existe entre el clima organizacional con la comunicación interna, puesto que actualmente, las empresas están enfocadas a la satisfacción de sus colaboradores como una herramienta que sirva para retener su talento humano; siendo importante la creación de vínculos entre sus colaboradores estableciendo una adecuada comunicación con sus usuarios internos. Ingenieros en Acción S.R.L. es una pyme del rubro metal mecánica que se encuentra en proceso de crecimiento que busca impulsar no solo el crecimiento en su producción, sino también el desarrollo de su talento humano.
La investigación es descriptiva, para ello se elaboró y aplicó un instrumento tipo cuestionario sobre clima organizacional y comunicación aplicada a 12 empleados. Se realizó un análisis sobre la correlación de las dos variables.
Se concluye que existe una relación significativa de tipo positiva. Lo cual indica que mientras exista un buen nivel en el clima organizacional la comunicación interna de la empresa será buena, generando colaboradores motivados y con actitud positiva para realizar su trabajo.
