Club de lectura “EMAN” para la comprensión lectora en los estudiantes de sexto ciclo del C. E. E. Rafael Narváez Cadenillas

Abstract
El objetivo del estudio del Club de Lectura “EMAN” para alumnos del sexto ciclo del C.E.E. Rafael Narváez Cadenillas fue determinar el grado de desarrollo de la comprensión lectora de dicho nivel. Se empleó una tipología aplicada, un diseño preexperimental, un nivel transversal y explicativo y una metodología de enfoque deductivo. Se eligió una muestra de 61 estudiantes que cursaban el segundo grado de las secciones “B” y “D” entre los 110 individuos de la población. El análisis estadístico de los resultados reveló que los niveles de comprensión lectora antes y después del club de lectura “EMAN” eran significativamente diferentes, oscilando entre una media de 12,43±2,10 y 17,70±1,49. Por lo tanto, se concluyó que el Club de Lectura “EMAN” determinó resultados de mejora significativa en la comprensión lectora de los discentes del sexto ciclo del centro educativo experimental.
The objective of the study of the “EMAN” Reading Club for students of the sixth cycle of the C.E.E. Rafael Narváez Cadenillas was to determine the degree of development of reading comprehension at that level. An applied typology, a pre-experimental design, a transversal and explanatory level and a deductive approach methodology were used. A sample of 61 students who were in the second grade of sections “B” and “D” was chosen from among the 110 individuals in the population. The statistical analysis of the results revealed that the levels of reading comprehension before and after the “EMAN” reading club were significantly different, ranging between an average of 12.43±2.10 and 17.70±1.49. Therefore, it was concluded that the “EMAN” Reading Club determined results of significant improvement in the reading comprehension of the students of the sixth cycle of the experimental educational center.
