| dc.description | Our country is currently in a situation of huge increase of its finances. Daily, we can identify many cases of people trying to celebrate contracts in which, buildings or even suburbs are the matter of contract. Although, what are the guarantees that these finances will be held in proper safety? Meaning that, whenever someone puts their credibility to the test, will they be faithful to their word that they have put in paper and ink? The matter of this thesis, is to identify how these contrats are being respected, whether they are aiming to people making proper registration of debt, or to making people face eviction of their property even when they havn’t taken their property to the hands of the state in registration. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | Nuestro país está actualmente en una situación de apogeo en su economía. Día a día podemos identificar muchos casos de personas tratando de celebrar contratos en los cuales, se transfieren unidades inmobiliarias en condominios y se constituyen gravámenes sobre ellos. Sin embargo, ¿qué garantías tenemos que las partes contratantes serán parte fiel de sus obligaciones? El problema que esta tesis enfoca es ése, identificar qué está pasando verdaderamente en las relaciones contractuales, si se apunta a proteger y honrar los créditos, empero de las inscripciones de los derechos de propiedad. | es_PE |
