dc.descriptionQuantitative research, descriptive-correlational method was performed with the aim of establishing the relationship between the quality of nursing care and patient anxiety level of 75 (100%) preoperative Victor Lazarte Echegaray Hospital, 2015. Techniques data collection were interview and observation; as instruments: a test and a questionnaire. For analysis, absolute, relative and statistical Chi square test was used descriptions percentage. The results showed that (55%) patients, said a regular quality of nursing care, 41% good quality of nursing care and 4% poor quality of nursing care. The degree of anxiety among the highest percentage (53%) corresponds to a normal degree of anxiety, followed by a moderate degree of anxiety, with 47%. Given the independence test criteria is that if there is a highly significant relationship between the two variables (p = 0.001).es_PE
dc.description.abstractInvestigación cuantitativa, método descriptivo-correlacional, se realizó con el objetivo de establecer la relación que existe entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y grado de ansiedad del paciente 75 (100%) en preoperatorio en el Hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray, 2015. Las técnicas de recolección de datos fueron la entrevista y observación; como instrumentos: un test y un cuestionario. Para el análisis, se empleó descripciones porcentuales absolutas, relativas y la prueba estadística Chi cuadrado. Los resultados determinaron que el (55%) de los pacientes, refirió una regular calidad de cuidado de enfermería, el 41% buena calidad del cuidado de enfermería y el 4% mala calidad del cuidado de enfermería. Entre el grado de ansiedad el mayor porcentaje (53%) corresponde a un grado de ansiedad normal, seguido de un grado de ansiedad moderado, con un 47%. Ante la prueba de independencia de criterios se encuentra que si existe relación altamente significativa entre ambas variables (p= 0.001).es_PE
