dc.descriptionThe present research work has as problem: What has been the incidence of the National System of Public Investment in the Allocation of Public Resources in the Regional Government of La Libertad 1995- 2015? In order to answer the problem, a documentary analysis of all the reports, documents, management reports related to the SNIP was carried out, as well as reports from the Bank of Projects and Friendly Consultation, which are applications of the Ministry of Economy and Finance; And determined the following objectives: Determine the amount of public investment projects of the Regional Government of La Libertad in the period 1995-2015 in the National System of Public Investment, determine the viable investment of the Regional Government of La Libertad in the period 1995- 2015 in the National System of Public Investment, and analyze the investment of the Regional Government of La Libertad in the period 1995-2015, to determine the impact of the National Public Investment System on the allocation of public resources. All this allows us to confirm the hypothesis that the National Public Investment System has had a relatively high incidence in the allocation of public resources in the Regional Government of La Libertad: 1995- 2015, as a result, it is verified that through SNIP 93.76% of the registered projects were feasible, and their relatively high incidence in the allocation of the public resources of public investment with the Execution of S / .1, 950,159,058.00 destined to projects of the Regional Government of the Freedom in the period 1995 -2015.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como problema: ¿Cuál ha sido la incidencia del Sistema Nacional de Inversión Pública en la Asignación de los Recursos Públicos en el Gobierno Regional de La Libertad 1995-2015? Para poder dar respuesta al planteamiento del problema se realizó un análisis documental de todos los reportes, documentos, informes de gestión referente al SNIP así como reportes del Banco de Proyectos y Consulta Amigable que son aplicativos del Ministerio de Economía y Finanzas; y se trazó los siguientes objetivos: Determinar la cantidad de proyectos de inversión pública del Gobierno Regional de La Libertad en el período 1995-2015 en el Sistema Nacional de Inversión Pública, determinar la inversión viable del Gobierno Regional de La Libertad en el período 1995-2015 en el Sistema Nacional de Inversión Pública, y analizar la inversión del Gobierno Regional de La Libertad en el período 1995-2015, para determinar la incidencia del Sistema Nacional de Inversión Pública en la asignación de los recursos públicos. Todo ello nos permite confirmar la hipótesis planteada de que el Sistema Nacional de Inversión Pública ha tenido una incidencia relativamente alta en la Asignación de los Recursos Públicos en el Gobierno Regional de La Libertad: 1995-2015, como resultado se comprueba que a través del SNIP se viabilizo el 93,76% de los proyectos registrados, y se demostró su incidencia relativamente alta en la asignación de los recursos públicos de inversión pública con la Ejecución de S/.1,950,159,058.00 destinados a proyectos del Gobierno Regional de La Libertad en el período 1995-2015.es_PE
