dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación, se enfoca en una herramienta que permita mejorar el control de avances académicos y asistencia de docentes de la UNT, Sub Sede Valle Jequetepeque, que reemplazara el registro manual, que existe en la actualidad, lo cual permite contar con una información actualizada evitando la pérdida de datos de los docentes. La investigación comprende desde el análisis, diseño, desarrollo y pruebas de la aplicación web, utilizando la metodología RUP (Proceso Racional Unificado), esta metodología permite seleccionar fácilmente el conjunto de componentes de proceso que se ajustan a las necesidades específicas del proyecto. Además, en la recolección de datos se aplicó las técnicas de cuestionario y análisis documental, la cual se realizó a los docentes de la UNT, Sub Sede Valle Jequetepeque. La aplicación web tiene un diseño de interfaz amigable; asimismo cabe resaltar que se realizaron la comparación con los registros manuales y con el sistema desarrollado para comprobar el funcionamiento del sistema. De esta manera permitió tener una comunicación constante y flexible con los docentes de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo Sub Sede Valle Jequetepeque, para el control de avances académicos y asistencia de docentes
dc.description.abstract Abstract This research work focuses on a tool that allows to improve the control of academic progress and the attendance of teachers of the UNT, Sub Headquarters Valle Jequetepeque, which will replace the manual record, which currently exists, which allows to have a updated information avoiding the loss of teacher data. The research ranges from the analysis, design, development and testing of the web application, using the RUP methodology (Rational Unified Process), this methodology allows you to easily select the set of process components that meet the specific needs of the project. In addition, in the data collection, the techniques of interviews and documentary analysis were applied, which were carried out to the teachers of the UNT, Sub Headquarters Valle Jequetepeque. The web application has a friendly interface design; It should also be noted that a comparison was made with the manual records and with the system developed to verify the operation of the system. In this way, it allowed to have constant and flexible communication with the teachers of the National University of Trujillo Sub Headquarters Valle Jequetepeque, to control academic progress and teacher attendance
