Abstract
El objetivo del estudio fue analizar cómo la promoción y defensa de los derechos humanos se presenta en los sistemas de protección de los migrantes venezolanos con empleo informal, Trujillo 2023. La investigación fue cuantitativa, con un diseño inductivo-deductivo, analítico-sintético, con corte transversal. Los resultados revelaron que el 71% de la población migrante venezolana conoce sobre sus derechos y reconoce la importancia de protegerlos por medio de sistemas articulados por políticas públicas, no obstante, no perciben la puesta en práctica de acciones de la municipalidad de Trujillo para promover sus derechos en pro de su defensa y protección. El 46% de migrantes venezolanos no identifican ningún sistema de protección aplicado a la población en Trujillo, debido a que, los encuestados indicaron no tener acceso a seguros médicos, ni a planes de atención social, ni apoyos económicos, ya que, perciben que su trabajo no es remunerado adecuadamente. Concluyendo que los sistemas de protección y defensa de la población migrante en Trujillo se llevan a cabo por medio de difusiones sociales, se respeta y considera a estas personas, más que, por alguna campaña formal específica.
