dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tiene por objetivo Caracterizar el consumo de Analgésicos Antiinflamatorios no Esteroideos expendidos en un Establecimiento Farmacéutico, agosto 2018- julio 2019, siendo el universo muestral la población conformada de pacientes que llegaron al establecimiento farmacéutico. Del análisis de datos se encontró que, de los medicamentos en estudio de denominación genérica, el de más consumo fue el Ibuprofeno 400 mg, con un total de 4082 unidades dispensadas. Así mismo, de los medicamentos con denominación comercial, el AINE de mayor consumo fue el Apronax 550 mg, con 2393 unidades dispensadas. También se determinó que teniendo en cuenta el precio real unitario de cada uno de ellos y a la cantidad de unidades dispensadas se determinó la tendencia del costo y consumo mensual de cada AINE en su diferente forma farmacéutica.
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT The present work aims to characterize the consumption of Non-Steroidal Anti- inflammatory Analgesics dispensed in a Pharmaceutical Establishment, August 2018- July 2019, the sample universe being the population made up of patients who arrived at the pharmaceutical establishment. From the data analysis, it was found that, of the generic name drugs in the study, the one with the most consumption was Ibuprofen 400 mg, with a total of 4082 units dispensed. Likewise, of the drugs with commercial name, the NSAID with the highest consumption was Apronax 550 mg, with 2393 units dispensed. It was also determined that taking into account the real unit price of each of them and the number of units dispensed, the trend of the cost and monthly consumption of each NSAID in its different pharmaceutical form was determined.
