Cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación en una botica Mifarma durante la pandemia COVID-19 Trujillo, 2020 - 2021

Abstract
El presente informe de prácticas Pre-profesionales tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación en una botica Mifarma durante la pandemia COVID-19 Trujillo, 2020 – 2021. Para ello se elaboró la ficha de evaluación tomando en cuenta los criterios de las Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación (BPD) N.º 013-2009/Minsa descritos en el Artículo 45° y 56° del D.S.N°014-2011-SA, basado el Manual de Procesos Operativos Estándar (POEs) de la Botica Mifarma durante el periodo 2020-2021. Así mismo se consideraron tres periodos de tres meses y se eligieron (febrero, abril y junio), para registrarse en la ficha de evaluación (anexo 10). Donde se obtuvieron resultados: La distribución porcentual del cumplimiento de la “Recepción y Validación de la prescripción”, nos permite apreciar que para febrero 2021, como para abril del 2021 dicho personal evaluado cumple un 90% y en junio con un 94% teniendo un nivel alto, con respecto al “Análisis e interpretación de la Prescripción”, para noviembre 2020 solo se cumplía en un 15%, para abril 2021 se logró un avance cumpliendo con un 33% y finalmente en junio del 2021 se logró obtener nivel muy alto con el 100% de cumplimiento. Por consiguiente, en la actividad de la “Preparación y Selección para la entrega del producto” apreciamos que el personal evaluado cumple de un 68%, febrero 75%, alcanzando un nivel medio a comparación de junio 92% se logró un nivel de cumplimiento alto. En cuanto a la “Entrega del producto” se cumplió un nivel bajo con 50% en febrero, mejorando con un 67% para abril del 2021 y un 86 % junio del 2021 nivel alto del cumplimiento. Por último, sobre “Registro”, nos permite apreciar que el personal evaluado cumple en su totalidad con lo establecido con un nivel muy alto del 100%. En conclusión, se determinó que el nivel cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Dispensación en una botica Mifarma durante la pandemia COVID-19 Trujillo, 2020 -2021 fue de 96.6% lo que representa un nivel de cumplimiento muy alto, pero siempre buscando así obtener una óptima mejora en la calidad para la dispensación.
ABSTRACT The objective of this report on Pre-professional practices was to determine the level of compliance with Good Dispensing Practices in a Mifarma apothecary during the COVID-19 Trujillo pandemic, 2020 - 2021.
