Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación, tesis que tiene como título “Gestión
administrativa y calidad de servicio de la oficina de la Administración Local del Agua Huari,
año 2020”, cuyo problema de estudio fue: ¿De qué manera la gestión administrativa influye
en la calidad de servicio de la oficina de la Administración Local del Agua Huari, año 2020?;
planteando como objetivo general: Determinar de qué manera la Gestión Administrativa
influye en la calidad de servicio de la Oficina de la Administración Local del Agua Huari,
año 2020; para responder al problema planteado se tuvo como hipótesis general: La gestión
administrativa influye significativamente en la calidad de servicio de la oficina de la
Administración Local del Agua Huari, año 2020.
La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, corte transversal o transeccional, ya que los
datos se recolectan en un solo momento, en un tiempo único. Su propósito es describir
variables y analizar su incidencia e interrelación en un momento dado.
Es de enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo – correlacional ya que se va a
describir las características por la cual se van a medir las variables; y, porque se busca
describir el nivel de relación de ambas variables de estudio.
La confiabilidad de los instrumentos de determinó mediante el Alfa de Cronbach, el
cual se desarrolló mediante el Software IBM Statistics 25.
Respecto a la conclusión de la relación entre variables señalamos: En el presente
estudio, se concluyó que la gestión administrativa influye significativamente en la calidad
de servicio de la Oficina de la Administración Local del Agua Huari, año 2020, debido a que
el estadístico para la prueba de hipótesis es de 0.001, con una probabilidad menos al 5% del
nivel de significancia para esta investigación.
The present research work, thesis entitled "Administrative management and service quality of the Huari Local Water Administration office, year 2020", whose study problem was: How does administrative management influence quality? of service of the Huari Local Water Administration office, year 2020?; posing as a general objective: Determine how the Administrative Management influences the quality of service of the Office of the Local Administration of Huari Water, year 2020; To respond to the problem posed, the general hypothesis was: Administrative management significantly influences the quality of service of the Huari Local Water Administration office, year 2020. The research is of an applied type descriptive, cross-sectional or transactional, since the data is collected in a single moment, in a single time. Its purpose is to describe variables and analyze their incidence and interrelation at a given moment. It has a quantitative approach, descriptive level - correlational since it is going to describe the characteristics by which the variables are going to be measured; and, because it seeks to describe the relationship level of both study variables. The reliability of the instruments was determined using Cronbach's Alpha, which was developed using the IBM Statistics 25 Software. Regarding the conclusion of the relationship between variables, we point out: In the present study, it was concluded that administrative management significantly influences the quality of service of the Huari Local Administration and Water Office, year 2020, because the statistic for the hypothesis test is 0.001, with a probability less than 5% of the level of significance for this investigation.
