| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación presentó como objetivo general: Determinar de qué manera la manufactura esbelta en el área de operaciones tiene impacto sobre los costos en una empresa logística. Trujillo, 2021, por lo cual empleó un muestreo por conveniencia, tomando como referencia al costo total de operaciones en el primer semestre del año 2021, según su propósito es de tipo aplicada, según la manipulación de variables es pre experimental de corte transversal, además fue descriptiva – cuantitativa, posterior al análisis y procesamiento de los datos recolectados, se pudo concluir de la siguiente manera: Se determinó que la manufactura esbelta en el área de operaciones tiene un impacto positivo sobre los costos en una empresa logística en la Trujillo para el año 2021, lo que permitió una reducción del costo total de 8.8%, y una diferencia de 4,965 soles con respecto al costo mensual antes de la implementación. | es_PE |
