| dc.description | This research work of co-relational cross sectional descriptive type was carried out on hemodialysis users in the “Víctor Lazarte Echegaray” ESSALUD Trujillo hospital during the month of December 2013, with the aim of determine the relation between the levels of quality of life and the biopsychosocial factors. The sample was conformed by 68 users who were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion standard. The instrument was applied for measuring the hemodialysis user quality of life by means of social, emotional and physical dimensions. The reliability of that instrument was determined by means of the Cronbach's alpha statistical test, it was applied using the observation and personal interview looking at the rights of anonymity and confidentiality. From the analyzed results it was reached that the biopsychosocial factors: age, sex, level of education, marital status, employment status and treatment period have a significant relation with the levels of the hemodialysis user quality of life. | es_PE |
| dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación de tipo descriptivo de corte transversal correlacional se realizó en usuarios en hemodiálisis en el hospital Víctor Lazarte Echegaray ESSALUD Trujillo durante el mes de Diciembre 2013, con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre el nivel de calidad de vida y los factores biopsicosociales. La muestra estuvo conformada por 68 usuarios los cuales fueron seleccionados de acuerdo a los criterios de inclusión y exclusión. Se aplicó el instrumento para medir la calidad de vida del usuario en hemodiálisis según dimensiones físicas, emocionales y sociales. La confiabilidad de dicho instrumento se determinó mediante la prueba estadística de Alpha Cronbach, fue aplicado utilizando la entrevista personal y observación considerando los derechos de anonimato y confidencialidad. De los resultados analizados se obtuvo que los factores biopsicosociales: edad, sexo, grado de instrucción, estado civil, situación laboral y tiempo de tratamiento tienen una relación significativa con el nivel de calidad de vida del usuario en hemodiálisis. | es_PE |
