Abstract
La presente investigación de tipo descriptiva correlacional de corte trasversal se realizó con el propósito de determinar la relación entre el estrés y la calidad de cuidado de la enfermera en el paciente Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia en una población muestral de 30 enfermeras del servicio de emergencia del mencionado hospital a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos preparados para tal fin y con la finalidad de determinar la relación se utilizó la prueba estadística de Chi cuadrado llegando a las siguientes conclusiones: El 77% de las enfermeras del servicio de emergencia del Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia Huaraz presentan un nivel de estrés bajo, el 20% estrés medio y solo 3% alto. El 53% de las enfermeras refieren brindar una regular calidad de cuidado, el 30% buena calidad de cuidado y solo el 17% deficiente. Existe relación significativa entre el nivel de estrés y la calidad de cuidado de la enfermera brindado al paciente p<0.01.
Description
The present cross-sectional descriptive correlational research was conducted with the purpose of determining the relationship between stress and the quality of care of the nurse in the patient Víctor Ramos Guardia Hospital in a sample population of 30 nurses of the emergency service of the known hospital to which two instruments prepared for this purpose were applied and with the determination to determine the relationship, the statistical test of Chi square is determined, reaching the following conclusions: 77% of the nurses of the emergency service of the Victor Ramos Guardia Huaraz Hospital they have a low stress level, 20% average and only 3% high. 53% of the nurses affected will provide regular quality of care, 30% good quality of care and only 17% deficient. There is a significant relationship between the level of stress and the quality of care of the nurse provided to the patient p <0.01.
