Abstract
El presente estudio de investigación, de tipo cuasi experimental de corte longitudinal, diseño de un solo grupo con prueba antes y después tuvo como objetivo determinar la efectividad del programa educativo sobre prácticas de promoción de la salud en las conductas de: autorrealización, responsabilidad en salud, ejercicio, nutrición, apoyo interpersonal, manejo de estrés en los estudiantes del quinto año de secundaria. La población muestral estuvo conformada por 34 estudiantes del quinto año de la institución educativa francisco Lizarzaburu , para la obtención de datos se utilizó la Escala Estilos de Vida saludables- promoción de la salud ( Nola Pender).Para el análisis estadístico se utilizó la Prueba de Homogeneidad Marginal, dado que la variable se midió en escala ordinal y se trata de un estudio de datos emparejados , se considero (p<0.05). Los resultados fueron el 12 % presento un buen nivel de prácticas de promoción de salud antes de la aplicación del programa educativo, mientras que después de haber realizado el programa educativo presento un 24 % en el nivel de prácticas de promoción de la salud en los estudiantes del quinto año.
The present research study, of a quasi-experimental type of longitudinal cut, design of a single group with before and after test had as objective to determine the effectiveness of the educational program on practices of health promotion in the conducts of: self-realization, responsibility in health, Exercise, nutrition, interpersonal support, stress management in fifth year high school students. The sample population was made up of 34 students from the fifth year of the Franciscan educational institution Lizarzaburu. The Healthy Lifestyles Scale - health promotion (Nola Pender) was used to obtain data. For the statistical analysis, the Marginal homogeneity, since the variable was measured in ordinal scale and it is a study of paired data, it was considered (p <0.05). The results were 12% presented a good level of health promotion practices before the implementation of the educational program, while after having realized the educational program presented a 24% in the level of practices of health promotion in students of the fifth year.
