| dc.description.abstract | Está investigación tiene como objetivo identificar los riesgos y vulnerabilidad de las adolescentes en la salud sexual y reproductiva durante la pandemia por la covid-19, durante el año 2021. El diseño es de investigación aplicada, utilizándose los métodos inductivo, deductivo, sistemático analítico, y estadística para lo cual se aplicó técnicas como: la observación, entrevista, encuesta, revisión de archivos e instrumentos. La población muestral lo constituye 50 adolescentes de género femenino, del sector Progreso del distrito Pacasmayo. Los resultados indican que existe un riesgo por el desconocimiento del tema, descuido al no usar, muchas veces, métodos anticonceptivos, no realizarse chequeos en los establecimientos de salud, no tener confianza en sus padres; la influencia de sus amistades que ha conllevando a tomar decisiones erróneas, tener relaciones sexuales bajo los efectos del alcohol y asimismo han recibido propuestas de sus familiares para tener intimidad con ellos. Existe inadecuada atención por parte del sistema de salud al no lograr llegar a la totalidad de adolescentes con información precisa, que garantice que las adolescentes entiendan toda la información y se beneficien de los programas, métodos anticonceptivos que proporciona el sistema de salud. Se concluye que es necesario que se proporcione la información más clara y precisa a las adolescentes referente al tema y partiendo ello tomen la decisión responsable, al mismo tiempo capacitar a los padres de familia para que puedan entablar una comunicación adecuada con sus hijos. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT This research aims to identify the risks and vulnerability of adolescent girls in sexual and reproductive health during the covid-19 pandemic, during the year 2021. The design is applied research, using inductive, deductive, systematic analytical, and statistics for which techniques such as: observation, interview, survey, review of files and instruments were applied. The sample population consists of 50 female adolescents, from the Progreso sector of the Pacasmayo district. The results indicate that there is a risk due to ignorance of the subject, carelessness in not often using contraceptive methods, not having check-ups in health establishments, not having trust in their parents; the influence of their friends that has led them to make wrong decisions, have sexual relations under the influence of alcohol and they have also received proposals from their relatives to have intimacy with them. There is inadequate attention from the health system by failing to reach all adolescents with accurate information, which guarantees that adolescents understand all the information and benefit from the programs and contraceptive methods provided by the health system. It is concluded that it is necessary to provide the clearest and most precise information to adolescents regarding the subject and, based on this, they make the responsible decision, at the same time training parents so that they can establish adequate communication with their children. | |
