dc.descriptionThis thesis is based on the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System in the maintenance area of the Factoria Industrial Company S.A.C. having as reference the current mining regulation the D.S. 024 - 2016 - EM and its amendment D.S. 023-2017-EM, Safety and Occupational Health Regulation in Mining. For the implementation, it was based on the requirements of the OHSAS 18001: 2007 standard, which is an internationally recognized tool for the evaluation of the occupational health and safety management system. For the development of this work we start with the diagnosis of the company on safety issues through a statistical analysis of accidents and incidents, the situation of the company before implementing the management system according to the requirements of the OHSAS 18001: 2007 standard, the assessment of diagnosis and a previous FODA analysis that will serve as a basis for the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system. With the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management system, the accident rate was reduced due to the fewer incapacitating accidents that the Factoria Industrial S.A.C. Company currently presents, reducing occupational risks that affect the health of workers, improving production and the profitability of the company.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis está basada en la implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en el área de mantenimiento de la Empresa Factoria Industrial S.A.C. teniendo como referencia la normativa actual de minería el D.S. 024 – 2016 – EM y su modificatoria D.S. 023-2017 - EM, Reglamento de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en Minería. Para la implementación tuvo como base los requisitos de la norma OHSAS 18001:2007, que es una herramienta reconocida internacionalmente para la evaluación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional. Para el desarrollo del presente trabajo iniciamos con el diagnóstico de la empresa en temas de seguridad mediante un análisis estadístico de accidentes e incidentes, la situación de la empresa antes de implementar el sistema de gestión de acuerdo a los requisitos de la norma OHSAS 18001:2007, la valorización de diagnóstico y un análisis FODA previo que servirá de sustento para la implementación del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional. Con la implementación del sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional se logró disminuir el índice de accidentabilidad por el menor número de accidentes incapacitantes que presenta actualmente la Empresa Factoria Industrial S.A.C., reduciendo los riesgos laborales que afectan la salud de los trabajadores, mejorando la producción y la rentabilidad de la empresa.es_PE
