dc.descriptionABSTRACT This research was carried out taking into account the objective of determining the relationship between pedagogical management and school climate in the Educational Institution Colmata, Luya, 2016. The correlational design was used, the hypothetical deductive and analytical methods were used, a sample was worked of 12 teachers, two questionnaires were applied to measure pedagogical management in the dimensions Planning, Teaching Processes, Learning Processes, Evaluation and the other to measure school climate in its Academic, Social, Physical, Affective dimensions of 20 items each, whose scale was Always (S), Almost always (CS), Sometimes (AV), Never (N), with an assessment of 4, 3, 2, and 1 correspondingly. The correlation between the pedagogical management variable and the school climate variable reached by the teachers in the Educational Institution Colmata, Luya, 2016, was verified, according to Pearson is 0.954 ** affirming that between the two variables there is a very high and very significant positive correlation, with a p-value of 0.000 less than 0.05, accepting the research hypothesis, that there is a relationship between pedagogical management and the school climate in the Educational Institution Colmata, Luya, 2016. The level of pedagogical management found is 67% high, the teacher is doing a job that needs to be recognized since it uses methodological strategies focused on the student and the level of school climate is 75% corresponds to high, it reflects the environment He lives in the educational institution of which they feel satisfied.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN La presente investigación se realizó teniendo en cuenta como objetivo determinar la relación entre la gestión pedagógica y clima escolar en la Institución Educativa Colmata, Luya, 2016. Se utilizo el diseño correlacional, se empleó los métodos hipotético deductivo y analítico, se trabajó con una muestra de 12 docentes, se aplicaron dos cuestionarios para medir la gestión pedagógico en las dimensiones Planificación, Procesos de Enseñanza, Procesos de Aprendizaje, Evaluación y el otro para medir clima escolar en sus dimensiones Académico, Social, Físico, Afectivo de 20 ítems cada uno, cuya escala fue de Siempre (S), Casi siempre (CS), A veces (AV), Nunca (N), con valoración de 4, 3, 2, y 1 correspondientemente. Se comprobó la correlación entre la variable gestión pedagógica y la variable clima escolar alcanzado por los docentes en la Institución Educativa Colmata, Luya, 2016, según Pearson es de 0,954** afirmándose que entre las dos variables existe una correlación positiva muy alta y muy significativa, con un p-valor de 0,000 menor a 0,05, aceptando la hipótesis de la investigación, que existe relación entre la gestión pedagógica y el clima escolar en la Institución Educativa Colmata, Luya, 2016. El nivel de gestión pedagógica encontrado es alto en un 67% el docente está realizando un trabajo que necesita ser reconocido ya que usa estrategias metodológicas enfocadas en el estudiante y el nivel de clima escolar es de 75% corresponde a alto, refleja el ambiente que se vive en la institución educativa del cual se sienten satisfechos.es_PE
