Abstract
El contenido del presente documento está basado en la experiencia profesional adquirida desde la obtención de grado de bachiller a la fecha en el área de Auditoría y Control Gubernamental. Este informe tuvo como objetivo describir la experiencia profesional como Auditor/ Analista y Supervisora de Etapa de Recepción del Equipo de Denuncias de la Gerencia Regional de Control de Áncash en la Contraloría General de la República, donde se describen las funciones realizadas, así como las limitaciones que se presentaron en el desarrollo y ejecución de estas, compartiendo las soluciones planteadas y puestas en práctica con la finalidad de mejorar u optimizar la ejecución de los procesos del Servicio de Gestión de Denuncias, de acuerdo a la Directiva n.° 020-2022-CG/GCSD y modificatoria, como un servicio relacionado que es parte integral del Control Gubernamental. Finalmente se brindó una apreciación crítica sobre la formación académica recibida por parte de la Escuela de Contabilidad y Finanzas y se realizaron sugerencias de mejora al plan de estudios o contenidos que son relevantes en el mercado laboral, de acuerdo con la experiencia obtenida.
ABSTRACT The content of this document is based on the professional experience acquired since obtaining a bachelor's degree to date in the area of Government Audit and Control. This report aimed to describe the professional experience as Auditor/Analyst and Reception Stage Supervisor of the Complaints Team of the Regional Control Management of Áncash in the Comptroller General of the Republic, where the functions performed, as well as the limitations, are described. that were presented in the development and execution of these, sharing the solutions proposed and put into practice with the purpose of improving or optimizing the execution of the processes of the Complaint Management Service, in accordance with Directive No. 020-2022- CG/GCSD and amendments, as a related service that is an integral part of Government Control. Finally, a critical appreciation was provided about the academic training received from the School of Accounting and Finance and suggestions were made for improvement to the study plan or contents that are relevant in the labor market, according to the experience obtained.
