dc.descriptionThe main objective of the research was to optimize the drilling and blasting parameters to reduce overburden and operational costs of the MINCOTRALL ECM of Minera Aurifera Retamas S.A., 2022. The methodology used in the research was applied, where the population consisted of all the workings of Minera Aurífera Retamas S.A. Marsa and the sample consisted of the pits present in Nv. 2720 (TJ 204, 206, 207 and 208) of ECM MINCOTRALL. For data collection, documentary analysis was used and to validate the hypothesis, the quality control of data where the probability is less than 5% with a critical value of 5.99 and an F statistic of 354.97. The results obtained were that it was possible to determine the drilling and blasting parameters of the pits of level 2720, where it was obtained that the number of drilled holes for TJ 204, 206, 207 and 208 were 20, 16, 20 and 20 respectively, for a mining height of 1.25, 1.25, 1.28 and 1.25 respectively. Likewise, the overburden in the production pits was reduced from 7% to 6% in TJ 204, from 8% to -4% in TJ 206, from 12% to 8% in TJ 207 and from 16% to 6% in TJ 208. The operational costs of ECM MINCOTRALL were reduced in TJ 204 by S/29.51 per m3, in TJ 206 by S/30.83 per m3, in TJ 207 by S/27.73 per m3 and in TJ 208 by S/22.76 per m3, achieving a total reduction of S/110.82 per m3 of operational costs among all the pits studied. Finally, it is possible to conclude that, with the optimization of the drilling and blasting parameters, it was possible to reduce the volume and percentage of overburden, as well as the reduction of the operating costs of the MINCOTRALL ECM.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl objetivo principal de la investigación fue optimizar los parámetros de perforación y voladura para reducir la sobrerotura y costos operacionales de la ECM MINCOTRALL de Minera Aurífera Retamas S.A., 2022. La metodología que se utilizó en la investigación fue de tipo aplicada, en donde la población estuvo conformada por todas las labores de Minera Aurífera Retamas S.A. Marsa y la muestra estuvo conformada por los tajos presentes en el Nv. 2720 (TJ 204, 206, 207 y 208) de ECM MINCOTRALL donde se explota con el método LONG WALL. Para la recolección de datos utilizó el análisis documental y para validar la hipótesis, el control de calidad de datos donde la probabilidad es menor al 5% con un valor critico de 5.99 y un estadístico F de 354.97. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que se logró determinar los parámetros de perforación y voladura de los tajos del nivel 2720, donde se obtuvo que el número de taladros perforados para los TJ 204, 206, 207 y 208 fueron de 20, 16, 20 y 20 respectivamente, para una altura de minado de 1.25, 1.25, 1.28 y 1.25 respectivamente. Asimismo, se logró reducir la sobrerotura de los tajos de producción, donde en el TJ 204 se redujo de 7% a 6%, en el TJ 206 de 8% a -4% en TJ 207 de 12% a 8% y en el TJ 208 de 16% a 6%. Se logró reducir los costos operacionales de ECM MINCOTRALL en los TJ 204 que fue de S/29.51 el m3 , en el TJ 206 fue de S/30.83 el m3 , en TJ 207 fue de S/27.73 el m3 y en el TJ 208 fue de S/22.76 el m3 , logrando un total de S/110.82 el m3 de reducción de costos operacionales entre todos los tajos estudiados. Finalmente es posible concluir que, con la optimización de los parámetros de perforación y voladura, se logró reducir el volumen y porcentaje de sobrerotura, así como la reducción de los costos operativos de la ECM MINCOTRALL.es_PE
