Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre comunicación interna y desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de la empresa contac center Consorcio Grupo Delaborum S.A.C. El enfoque metodológico de la investigación fue cuantitativo de tipo correlacional con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal. Como instrumento para la recolección de datos se usó un cuestionario, este fue aplicado a la muestra, la cual estuvo conformada por 83 trabajadores. Mediante el programa estadístico SPS se procesaron los datos y para la contrastación de hipótesis se aplicó la prueba estadística de correlación de Pearson. Con los resultados obtenidos se demostró que existe relación muy significativa (0.000 < 0.01) y un muy alto grado (0.856) de correlación entre comunicación interna y desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de la empresa contac center Consorcio Grupo Delaborum S.A.C. Por tanto, se concluye que gestionar adecuadamente la comunicación interna favorece al desempeño laboral.
The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between internal communication and job performance among the employees of the company “Consorcio Grupo Delaborum S.A.C” in the contact center area. The methodological approach of the research was quantitative correlational with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. A questionnaire was used as an instrument for data collection and was applied to the sample, which consisted of 83 workers. The data were processed using the SPS statistical program and the Pearson's correlation test was used to test the hypothesis. The results obtained showed that there is a highly significant relationship (0.000 < 0.01) and a very high degree (0.856) of correlation between internal communication and job performance among the employees in the contact center area of the company “Consorcio Grupo Delaborum S.A.C.” Therefore, it is concluded that the proper management of internal communication improves job performance.
