dc.descriptionIn the present study was did the validation of spectrophotometric analytical method for quantification of Cetirizine coated tablets. For the analysis of Cetirizine 10mg coated tablets, lot No. 0118618 (Laboratorios Induquimica S.A.), the purified water was used as solvent and 232nm as the length of maximum absorbance.The method used in this report was specific for the analyte between the excipients, the samples were subjected to acid degradation, alkaline, photolysis, oxidation, thermolysis, relative humidity. Getting a interference less than 2,0%. The test linearity of method showed a correlation coefficient of 0,99534, the statistical test of linearity and response factor, expressed conformity, and the linearity of the system presented a correlation coefficient of 0,99554. For accuracy, the recovery rate was 100,324. In Cochran's test was obtained G experimental less than G table (0,2600 <0,8709). For the statistical test t-Student was obtained t experimental less than t table (1,093 <2,306), so that the accuracy is correct to their respective specifications. For the repeatability of system was obtained a CV of 0,86%. For the repeatability of the method was obtained a CV of 1,223%. For the intermediate precision the CV between an analyst and the other was 1,5%. For reproducibility between Laboratorios Induquimica S.A. and Laboratorios Farmacéuticos Markos S.A. was obtained a CV of 2,045%. Still acceptable for validation. The validation parameters determined give as validated the analytical method proposed by Laboratorios Induquimica S.A. for quantification of Cetirizine coated tabletses_ES
dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se realizó la validación del método analítico espectrofotométrico para la cuantificación de Cetirizina tabletas recubiertas. Para el análisis de Cetirizina 10mg tabletas recubiertas, lote N° 0118618 (Laboratorios Induquimica S.A), se utilizó agua purificada como disolvente y 232nm como longitud de máxima absorbancia. El método utilizado en el presente informe fue específico para el analito entre los excipientes, las muestras fueron sometidas a degradación ácida, alcalina, fotólisis, oxidación, termólisis, humedad relativa. Obteniendo una interferencia menor al 2,0%. El ensayo de linealidad del método presentó un coeficiente de correlación de 0,99534; el test estadístico de linealidad y el factor respuesta, expresaron conformidad, y para la linealidad del sistema presentó un coeficiente de correlación de 0,99554. Para la exactitud, el porcentaje de recuperación fue 100,324. En el test G de Cochran se obtuvo G experimental menor que G tablas (0,2600 < 0,8709). Para el ensayo estadístico t de Student se obtuvo t experimental menor que t tabla (1,093 < 2,306), por lo que la exactitud es correcta según sus respectivas especificaciones. Para la repetibilidad del sistema se obtuvo un CV de 0,86%. Para la repetibilidad del método se obtuvo un CV de 1,223%. Para la precisión intermedia el CV entre un analista y el otro fue de 1,5%. Para la reproducibilidad obtenida entre los Laboratorios Induquimica S.A. y Laboratorios Farmacéuticos Markos S.A. se obtuvo un CV de 2,045%. Siendo aceptable para la validación. Los parámetros de validación determinados permiten dar como validado al método analítico propuesto por Laboratorios Induquimica S.A. para la cuantificación de cetirizina tabletas recubiertases_ES
