Abstract
Este presente trabajo de prácticas pre-profesionales se explica las diversas ocupaciones realizadas a cabo en el sector de Bromatología y Nutrición de la Facultad de Farmacia y Bioquímica a lo largo de los meses de Enero hasta Junio del 2021. Desarrollado con orientación del Profesor Dr. José Gavidia Valencia, se fomentó el desarrollo distintas ocupaciones a lo largo del estadio pre profesional. Desempeñando una variedad de funciones en la indagación de alimentos, en la que se han determinado puntos de referencia, nutrientes y anti_oxidantes. Como resultado de aplicar la metodología para cada variable de calidad y compararla con los estándares mínimos de las autoridades sanitarias, finalmente se concluyó un trabajo científico juzgado apto para ser presentado en el congreso científico internacional “M.Sc. Segundo Manuel Miranda Leyva” La conclusión, esta preparación nos permite agenciarse, lograr destrezas y plasmar los saberes obtenidos a nivel universitario
ABSTRACT This work of pre-professional practices explains the various occupations carried out in the sector of Bromatology and Nutrition of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Biochemistry throughout the months of January to June 2021. Developed under the guidance of Professor Dr. José Gavidia Valencia, it encouraged the development of different occupations throughout the pre-professional stage. Performing a variety of functions in food research, in which benchmarks, nutrients and anti- oxidants have been determined. As a result of applying the methodology for each quality variable and comparing it with the minimum standards of the health authorities, we finally concluded a scientific work judged suitable to be presented at the international scientific congress "M.Sc. Segundo Manuel Miranda Leyva". The conclusion, this preparation allows us to agenciarse, achieve skills and embody the knowledge obtained at university level.
