| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación, tuvo como objetivo determinar en cuanto se reduce el índice de accidentabilidad elaborando un plan de seguridad en el proyecto defensas Rivereñas, Rio Huara, en la empresa OHLA, para identificar correctamente los peligros y riesgos de sus actividades rutinarias y poder reducir los incidentes de riesgos. Mediante el diagnóstico inicial y el análisis de estadísticas de los eventos ocurridos, se utilizó la metodología de implementación de estrategias. Lo primero que se hizo fue un diagnóstico por medio de una lista de verificación o línea base, esto me permitió identificar lo que falta en cuanto a lo que conviene un SGSST. Debido a que los trabajos realizados en el proyecto de defensas rivereñas son considerados como trabajos de alto riesgo, los trabajadores podrían sufrir accidentes fatales si no reciben capacitación adecuada y orientación a través de este plan de seguridad; además, es bien sabido que un accidente genera muchos gastos “invisibles”. Por lo tanto, después de elaborar e implementar el plan de seguridad, se llevó a cabo un cálculo mediante fórmulas y estadística para obtener el porcentaje exacto del índice de accidentabilidad. Por último, pero no menos importante, las campañas de seguridad incrementan la participación del personal y disminuyen los accidentes. | dc.description.abstract | This research aimed to determine how much the accident rate is reduced by developing a safety plan in the Rivereñas defenses project, Rio Huara, in the company OHLA, to correctly identify the dangers and risks of its routine activities and be able to reduce incidents. of risks. Through the initial diagnosis and analysis of statistics of the events that occurred, the strategy implementation methodology was used. The first thing that was done was a diagnosis through a checklist or online database, this allowed me to identify what is missing in terms of what an SGSST is appropriate for. Because the work carried out in the river defenses project is considered high-risk work, workers could suffer fatal accidents if they do not receive adequate training and guidance through this safety plan; Furthermore, it is well known that an accident generates many “invisible” expenses. Therefore, after developing and implementing the safety plan, a calculation was carried out using formulas and statistics to obtain the exact percentage of the accident rate. Last but not least, safety campaigns increase staff participation and decrease accidents.
