Abstract
ABSTRACT The objectives of this study were to evaluate the effect of three doses of organic matter and EM-COMPOST® performance of Solanum tuberosum L. var. Yungay and to determine the dose of organic matter and EM-COMPOST® enabling best performance of Solanum tuberosum L. var. Yungay in Villacruz - Santiago de Chuco. Since the T0 (control), T1 treatment (10 t.ha-1 of organic matter and EM-Compost), T2 (15 t.ha-1 of organic matter and EM-Compost) and T3 (20 t.ha-1 of organic matter and EM Compost); studied in this thesis. And against targets T3 (20 t.ha-1 and EMCompost organic matter) exceeded the treatment T0 treatment (0 t.ha-1 and EMCompost organic matter), obtaining the highest average with 27.81 cm plant height; the highest average number of stems per plant was 4.49; the highest average number of tubers per plant was 8.21; and the highest average tuber yield (grams) per plant was 957.97 gr .; also the largest average yield of tubers per plant extra quality, first and second was 657.34 g, 187.60 g and 100.18 g, which also was obtained with treatment T3; the highest average yield of tubers per plant as other was 25.73 g., which corresponded to T0 (control). Concluding that the T3 (20 t.ha-1 and EM-Compost organic matter) was the best treatment.
