dc.descriptionABSTRACT The purpose of the present investigation was to determine the incidence of internal control in job satisfaction taking as a sample company Soluciones Ambientales Perú EIRL, from the District of Trujillo - Year 2018. The research was descriptive of a correlational nature, so the identification and description of the information obtained in the research in order to improve the job satisfaction of employees within an organization. We worked with a population of 25 workers between administrative and operational, using the Internal Control Questionnaire and the technique of information processing and analysis and data processing as an instrument. The problematic reality of the company Environmental Solutions Peru EIRL was analyzed; the variables under study Internal Control and Job Satisfaction were identified. The information obtained was processed, tabulated and analyzed, demonstrating the relationship between these variables. It is concluded by affirming that the incidence of Internal Control in Labor Satisfaction is high with a global average of 7.04, when analyzing five dimensions of each variable, it is recommended to prepare a monitoring plan for the dimensions that are showing problems or incidents improving Control compliance Internal within the organization.es_PE
dc.description.abstractRESUMEN El propósito de la presente investigación fue determinar la incidencia del control interno en la satisfacción laboral tomando como muestra empresa Soluciones Ambientales Perú EIRL, del Distrito de Trujillo – Año 2018. La investigación fue descriptiva de naturaleza correlacional por lo que se identifica y se describe la información obtenida en la investigación con el objeto de mejorar la satisfacción laboral de los empleados dentro de una organización. Se trabajó con una población de 25 trabajadores entre administrativos y operativos, empleándose como instrumento el Cuestionario de Control Interno y la técnica del tratamiento y análisis de información y procesamiento de datos. Se analizó la realidad problemática de la empresa Soluciones Ambientales Perú EIRL; se identificaron las variables objeto de estudio Control Interno y Satisfacción Laboral. La información obtenida fue procesada, tabulada y analizada, demostrando la relación que existe entre estas variables. Se concluye afirmando que la incidencia del Control Interno en la Satisfacción Laboral es alta con una media global de 7.04, al analizar cinco dimensiones de cada variable se recomienda elaborar un plan de monitoreo para las dimensiones que están mostrando problemas o incidencias mejorando el cumplimiento de Control Interno dentro de la organización.es_PE
