Abstract
La investigación tuvo como principal objetivo determinar la influencia de la Gestión de la Experiencia del empleado en la Competitividad interna de una Empresa Aseguradora en Perú, 2021. La investigación presentada fue de diseño correlacional, no experimental y de corte transversal. No Experimental porque no se manipuló ninguna de las variables, transversal porque la información requerida se recolectó en un determinado momento, para este caso en el año 2021. Para la recopilación de la información, se utilizó la técnica de observación, análisis documental, la recopilación de datos y la encuesta como técnica de investigación. Para el procesamiento, análisis e interpretación de los resultados se utilizó Microsoft Office Excel 2013 y SPSS 25, los cuales fueron presentados mediante tablas y gráficos. La población estuvo conformada por 308 empleados, a los cuales se aplicó el instrumento de recolección de datos, y con la información obtenida se concluyó que la gestión de la experiencia del empleado tuvo una correlación positiva moderada con la competitividad interna, el cual fue demostrado mediante el nivel de correlación de 0.699. La hipótesis planteada en la investigación afirma que la gestión de la Experiencia del Empleado influye significativamente en la Competitividad Interna de una Empresa Aseguradora en Perú, 2021.
ABSTRACT The main objective of the research was to determine the influence of Employee Experience Management on the Internal Competitiveness of an Insurance Company in Peru, 2021. The research presented was correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. Not Experimental because none of the variables were manipulated, cross-sectional because the required information was collected at a certain time, for this case in the year 2021. To collect the information, the observation technique, documentary analysis, data collection and the survey were used as a research technique. For the processing, analysis and interpretation of the results, were used Microsoft Office Excel 2013 and SPSS 25, which were sent through tables and graphics. The population consisted of 308 employees, to whom the data collection instrument was applied, and with the information obtained it was concluded that the employee experience management had a moderate positive correlation with internal competitiveness, which was demonstrated by the correlation level of 0.699. The hypothesis raised in the research affirms that the management of the Employee Experience significantly influences the Internal Competitiveness of an Insurance Company in Peru, 2021.
