Abstract
La Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria en su tarea permanente por administrar, recaudar y fiscalizar los tributos internos del Gobierno Nacional realiza también la labor de asesoramiento e información de las obligaciones tributarias a través de la división de Servicios al Contribuyente para lograr un mayor cumplimiento voluntario por parte de los contribuyentes. En virtud de lo mencionado, es de suma importancia destacar la labor que se centra en siempre estar dispuestos a servir, cuyo objetivo es ofrecer un servicio de calidad, un servicio de excelencia. Todo esto con el fin de brindar al sistema tributario una mayor eficiencia, permanencia y simplicidad. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal demostrar el cumplimiento de la hipótesis planteada: “La calidad en la atención influye en alto grado en la satisfacción de los contribuyentes de la SUNAT en la región La Libertad”. Así también procederemos analizar los resultados obtenidos de las encuestas aplicadas, y plantear nuevas herramientas y procesos que contribuyan a mejorar la satisfacción de los contribuyentes en La Libertad.

The Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria in their permanent task to administer, collect, and monitor internal taxation of the National Government, also makes the provision of advice and information through the Taxpayer Services Division to achieve greater voluntary compliance by taxpayers. By virtue of the mentioned, it is very important to acknowledge the work that focuses on always being willing to serve, whose aim is to provide a high quality service, an excellent service. All of this in order to provide the tax system greater efficiency, permanency, and simplicity. The present research’s principal objective is to demonstrate compliance with the hypothesis: “The quality of attention influences to a high degree the satisfaction of SUNAT taxpayers in the region of La Libertad”. We will then proceed to analyze the results obtained from the surveys, and suggest new tools and processes that will contribute to improve the satisfaction of taxpayers in La Libertad.
