dc.descriptionThis report of pre-professional practices aimed to determine the consumption of antihypertensive drugs dispensed in a pharmaceutical establishment of inkafarma`s drugstore in the Trujillo at 2018. The information was obtained from the database of the establishment; which allows to obtain the amounts dispensed; issued under the presentations of tablets, capsules and coated tablets, whose active ingredients are enalapril of 10 mg and 20 mg, captopril 25mg, amlodipine 10mg, losartan 50mg, valsartan 80mg; being the one with the highest annual consumption of losartan with 10814 units dispensed. Losartan consumption is given with 26.3 (number of DDD / 10 000 inhabitants / day), being the month of November where the highest consumption of DHD was made.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente informe de prácticas pre-profesionales tiene como objetivo evaluar el consumo de medicamentos antihipertensivos dispensados en un establecimiento farmacéutico de boticas inkafarma del distrito de Trujillo en el año 2018. La información se obtuvo de la base de datos del establecimiento; que permite obtener las cantidades dispensadas; expendidas bajo las presentaciones de comprimidos, cápsulas y tabletas recubiertas, cuyos principios activos son enalapril de 10 mg y 20 mg, captopril 25mg, amlodipino 10mg, losartán 50mg, valsartán 80mg; siendo el de mayor consumo anual de losartán con 10814 unidades dispensadas. El consumo de losartán se da con 26,3 (número de DDD/10 000 habitantes/día), siendo el mes de noviembre donde se realizó el mayor consumo de DHDes_PE
