dc.descriptionThe present thesis was carried out in the experimental area of the Mother orchard fundo, belonging to the company Viveros Génesis S.A.C. located in the district of Huanchaco, province of Trujillo, Department of La Libertad. The objective was to compare the performance and quality of 3 male hybrids and 2 dioic, green asparagus in the third harvest in Huanchaco. The experiment was carried out under the design of randomized complete blocks with 5 hybrids of green asparagus as treatments and 4 repetitions. The dioic hybrids used were Atlas and UC-157 as witnesses, against the male hybrids Vegalim, K-967 and Sunlim as treatments, the statistical evaluation was based on the analysis of variance and Tukey test at 0.05% significance. The results showed that Vegalim's performance was significantly superior to that of Sunlim and K-967; regarding the number of turiones per hectare UC-157 (331745 turiones) and Vegalim (303806 turiones) are was significantly higher than K-967 (178812 turiones); likewise it was obtained that the average weight of the turiones of K-967 (17.4 g) and Vegalim (15.48 g) are was significantly higher than Atlas (11.58 g) and UC-157 (10.7 g); Regarding the quality of class I , Vegalim was significantly superior to the other hybrids analyzed, it obtained 97% exportability. It was also considered appropriate to evaluate the calibers, temperature, humidity, production costs, biological characteristics and the infestation of Prodiplosis longifica Gagné, as they are variables of great importance for obtaining results.es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis se realizó en el área experimental del Fundo Huerto Madre, perteneciente a la empresa Viveros Génesis S.A.C. ubicada en el distrito de Huanchaco, provincia Trujillo, Departamento La Libertad. El objetivo fue comparar el rendimiento y calidad de 3 híbridos machos y 2 dioicos de espárrago verde en la tercera cosecha en Huanchaco. El experimento se realizó bajo el diseño de bloques completos al azar con 5 híbridos de espárrago verde como tratamientos y 4 repeticiones. Los híbridos dioicos utilizados fueron UC- 157 y Atlas como testigos, frente a los híbridos machos Vegalim, K-967 y Sunlim como tratamientos, la evaluación estadística fue en base a los análisis de varianza y prueba de Tukey al 0.05 % de significancia. Los resultados mostraron que el rendimiento de Vegalim fue significativamente superior al de Sunlim y K-967; respecto al número de turiones por hectárea UC-157(331745 turiones) y Vegalim(303806 turiones) fueron significativamente superiores a K-967(178812 turiones); asimismo se obtuvo que el peso promedio de los turiones de K-967(17.4 g) y Vegalim(15.48 g) fueron superiores significativamente a Atlas(11.58 g) y UC-157(10.7 g); respecto a la calidad de turión clase I, Vegalim fue significativamente superior a los demás híbridos analizados, obtuvo un 97% de exportabilidad. Asimismo, se creyó oportuno evaluar los calibres, la temperatura, humedad, los costos de producción, las características biológicas y la infestación de Prodiplosis longifica Gagné, por ser variables de suma importancia para la obtención de resultados.es_PE
