dc.descriptionThis research study is a descriptive retrospective cross section made in the neonatology service of the National Hospital RamiroPrialéPrialéEsSaludHuancayo, with the goal, determine the influence of age, multiparity, prenatal and maternal disease in preterm fetal distress PrialéPrialé Ramiro Hospital of Huancayo. And to achieve specific objectives were: to determine the age, parity, prenatal care in preterm fetal distress in national hospital Ramiro PrialéPrialé of Huancayo. Determine fetal distress Newborn Hospital Ramiro PrialéPrialé of Huancayo. The sample consisted of 44 infants whose mothers were treated at the hospital EsSalud of Huancayo. The instrument used was the data collection form, with the information obtained and processed in the SPSSversion 18. The statistical test used the chi square (X2), the results are presented in simple tables and double entry accompanied by their graphics, after analysis reached the following conclusions:Fetal distress in a slightly higher percentage is 84.1%Fetal distress occurs more frequently in mothers who had between 20 to 34 years old, 68.2%Fetal distress occurs in a higher percentage of primiparous women 63.6%.95.5% of mothers who received prenatal care, 84.1% of infants have mild fetal distress.93.2% of mothers have submitted diseases during pregnancy, 77.3% of newborns have fetal distress.There is no relationship between the variables.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio es de tipo descriptivo retrospectivo correlacionalde corte transversal se realizó en el servicio de neonatología del Hospital Nacional Ramiro PrialéPrialéEsSalud de Huancayo, con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre los factores biosocioculturales: edad, paridad, control prenatal y complicaciones durante el embarazo y parto con el sufrimiento fetal de recién nacido del Hospital Nacional Ramiro PrialéPrialé de Huancayo, durante los meses de enero a marzo del 2011. La muestra estuvo constituida por 44 neonatos. El instrumento utilizado fue la ficha de recolección de datos, siendo la información obtenida y procesada en el programa SPSS versión 18. Para el análisis estadístico se utilizo la prueba estadística chi cuadrado (X2), los resultados son presentados en tablas simples y de doble entrada, después del análisis se llegó a las siguientes conclusiones:El sufrimiento fetal en un mayor porcentaje es leve 84,1 por ciento .El sufrimiento fetal se presenta con mayor frecuencia en madres que tuvieron entre 20 a 34 años de edad; 68,2 por ciento. El sufrimiento fetal se presenta en un mayor porcentaje en mujeres primíparas 63,6porciento.Del 95,5 por ciento de madres que han recibido control prenatal, el 84,1 por ciento de sus neonatos han presentado sufrimiento fetal leve. Del 93,2 por ciento de las madres han presentado enfermedades durante el proceso el embarazo, el 77,3 por ciento de neonatos han presentado sufrimiento feta. No existe relación entre las variables.es_PE
