dc.descriptionThis work aimed to publicize the advantages of the implantation of a Safety Management System and Occupational Health according to OHSAS 18001: 2007 in the “Mine Ceviche - Huaraz ". When performing an audit to see their behavior in Occupational Safety and Health, failures and deficiencies in the safety of the Company was evident, especially the lack of control tools, to eliminate, reduce and minimize the occurrence of accidents. Therefore, this study was initiated by analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the MINE CEVICHE , to further identify sub standard acts and conditions to minimize risk levels. Management System Occupational Safety and Health were then implanted, following the standards of OHSAS 18001: 2007, the structure adopted for this specification is based on the cycle of continuous improvement as a tool. The implementation of the management system allowed us to evaluate the risks that can cause accidents and establish the necessary controls for prevention minimizing or reducing, positive results being obtained in comparison to the previous months, diminishing in one 60% the occurrence of accidents and reducing safety indexes.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo dar a conocer las ventajas de la Implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional según la norma OHSAS 18001:2007 en la “Mina Ceviche - Huaraz” Al realizar una auditoría para ver su comportamiento en Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, se evidenció fallas y deficiencias en la seguridad de la Empresa, en especial la ausencia de herramientas de control, para eliminar, reducir y minimizar la ocurrencia de accidentes laborales. Por lo cual, se inició el presente trabajo analizando las potencialidades y debilidades de la Mina Ceviche, para posteriormente identificar actos y condiciones sub estándar para minimizar los niveles de riesgo. Luego se implantó el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, siguiendo los estándares de OHSAS 18001:2007, la estructura adoptada para esta especificación está basado en el ciclo de mejora continua como herramienta. La implementación del sistema de gestión permitió evaluar los riesgos que pueden generar accidentes y establecer los controles necesarios para su prevención minimizando o reduciendo, obteniéndose resultados positivos en comparación a los meses anteriores, disminuyendo en un 60% la ocurrencia de accidentes y la reducción de los índices de seguridad.es_PE
