dc.descriptionThe general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between business ethics and organizational performance of the company S & C Contadores EIRL, 2021, the study population was made up of It was made up of the total number of employees of the company S & C EIRL accountants, with a total of 25 people, the applied sampling was the convenience one where m = 25 people, the research presented a descriptive cross-sectional design, of correlational type, as a data collection instrument the questionnaire was used for both variables, which was determined the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient of 0.9705 and 0.9545 points respectively, after data analysis in Excel spreadsheet and SPSS v.26, it was concluded as follows: The relationship between business ethics was determined and the organizational performance of the company, which was 0.934 to a significance of 0.066 points cataloged on the Pears on scale. as a "very strong positive correlation".es_PE
dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación existente entre la ética empresarial y el desempeño organizacional de la empresa S & C Contadores E.I.R.L, 2021, la población de estudio estuvo constituida por Estuvo constituida por el total de colaboradores de la empresa S & C Contadores E.I.R.L, siendo un total de 25 personas, el muestreo aplicado fue el de conveniencia donde m=25 personas, la investigación presentó un diseño descriptiva transversal, de tipo correlacional, como instrumento de recolección de datos se utilizó al cuestionario, para ambas variables, el cual se determinó el Coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach de 0.9705 y 0.9545 puntos respectivamente, posterior al análisis de datos en hoja de cálculo de Excel y SPSS v.26, se concluyó de la siguiente manera: Se determinó la relación existente entre la ética empresarial y el desempeño organizacional de la empresa, la cual fue de 0.934 a una significancia de 0.066 puntos catalogada en la escala de Pearson como una "Correlación positiva muy fuerte".es_PE
