dc.descriptionIn the present thesis work entitled "Family factors that influence the low participation of the members of the Vaso de Leche December 15 Laredo, La Libertad 2021", we worked with the sample universe of 20 members belonging to this program, with the aim to analyze, identify and describe the family factors that influence the low participation of members. The methods used to describe the influence of these family factors were Inductive - Deductive, Analytical - Synthetic and statistical, which helped to understand the problem. The results obtained show that 15% of the members always participate actively, while 35% do so at times; this is since the different activities of the home such as raising children and domestic activities result in the little participation of the members in the established meetings. Finally, the research shows that the members do not have an active participation in the meetings due many times to the overload of tasks in the home and also affects their participation, the intra-family relationships such as marital conflicts, poor communication, which has the consequence that there is little participation of the partners.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de tesis titulada “Factores familiares que influyen en la escasa participación de las socias del Vaso de Leche 15 de diciembre Laredo, La Libertad 2021”, se trabajó con el universo muestral de 20 socias pertenecientes a este programa, con la finalidad de analizar, identificar y describir los factores familiares que influyen en la escasa participación de las socias. Los métodos utilizados para la descripción de la influencia de estos factores familiares fueron, Inductivo - Deductivo, Analítico - Sintético y estadístico el cual ayudó a la comprensión de la problemática. Los resultados obtenidos evidencian que el 15% de las socias siempre participan activamente, mientras que el 35% lo realiza a veces; esto se debe a que las diferentes actividades del hogar como la crianza de los hijos y actividades domésticas traen como consecuencia la poca participación de las socias a las reuniones establecidas. Finalmente, la investigación muestra que las socias no tienen una participación en las reuniones debido muchas veces a la sobrecarga de tareas en el hogar y también afecta su participación, las relaciones intrafamiliares como conflictos matrimoniales, deficiente comunicación teniendo como consecuencia que exista una escasa participación de las socias.es_PE
