| dc.description.abstract | Esta investigación tiene como finalidad desarrollar el estudio de factibilidad para la construcción de un nuevo muelle en el Puerto de Pacasmayo que permita la exportación de minerales, pesca industrial y agro exportación. Con un enfoque cuantitativo, no experimental de diseño descriptivo, con una muestra de 384 participantes, obteniendo que la factibilidad de la construcción de un muelle para exportación en el puerto de Pacasmayo; es viable con un VAN de S/.2,792,877,712.80 y un costo beneficio de 2.508; con una inversión de S/.121,145,394.62 y un costo de muebles y enceres de S/.28,600.00. Con una diferencia fue de S/.23,852,811.00; en tiempo de traslado de productos de 5.5 días; y en el ingreso generado fue de S/.78,782,548.10. concluyendo que el nuevo muelle de Pacasmayo, significa la modernización y renovación de una parte clave de la infraestructura estratégica de transporte del Perú, lo que permitirá aprovechar las oportunidades que brinda la globalización del mercado, vía exportaciones o importaciones. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to develop the feasibility study for the construction of a new pier in the Port of Pacasmayo that allows the export of minerals, industrial fishing and agricultural exports. With a quantitative, non-experimental approach of descriptive design, with a sample of 384 participants, obtaining the feasibility of the construction of a pier for export in the port of Pacasmayo; It is viable with a NPV of S/.2,621,271,476.38 and a cost benefit of 2.29; with an investment of S/.166,509,322.37 and a cost of furniture and equipment of S/.28,600.00. With a difference it was S/.23,852,811.00; in product transfer time of 5.5 days; and in the generated income it was S/.78,782,548.10. concluding that the new Pacasmayo pier means the modernization and renewal of a key part of the strategic transport infrastructure of Peru, which will allow taking advantage of the opportunities offered by the globalization of the market, via exports or imports. | |
