dc.descriptionSummary The purpose of this study was to determine the health profile of pregnant women from 15 to 24 years of age at the simón bolívar health center in the district of Cajamarca, 2016. The descriptive type is cross-sectional, comparative and observational. The sample consisted of 30 pregnant women, who were then taken a sample of saliva by the method of Tomás, to obtain a response not estimated, where we observed the measurement of volume, flow, pH, buffer capacity. The results obtained in the trimesters (I-II-III) were for the saliva volume an average of 3.74 ml / 10 min, in the salivary flow the average was 0.36 ml / min, in the salivary pH an average of 6.63 and with regarding the buffer capacity, the average was 5.31, respectively, according to the quarter. The F test of the analysis of variance was performed, which compares the equality of means, detecting a highly significant statistical difference, p <0.01.es_PE
dc.description.abstractResumen El presente estudio tuvo como propósito determinar el perfil salival en mujeres gestantes de 15 a 24 años de edad del centro de salud simón bolívar en el distrito de Cajamarca – 2016. Siendo de tipo descriptivo de corte transversal, comparativo y observacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 30 gestantes, a quienes luego se les tomo una muestra de saliva mediante el método de Tomas seif, para saliva no estimulada, donde observamos la medida del volumen, flujo, pH, capacidad buffer. Los resultados obtenidos del perfil salival fueron para el volumen salival una media de 3.74 ml/10 min, en el flujo salival la media fue de 0.36 ml/min, en el pH salival una media de 6.63 y con respecto a la capacidad buffer la media fue de 5.3. Se realizó la prueba F del análisis de varianza, que compara la igualdad de medias, detectando una diferencia estadística altamente significativa, p < 0.01.es_PE
