dc.descriptionUsing the methodology of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM or MCC) provides not only the study team as such but of the subsystems that comprise and interaction with the physical environment that surrounds it. This thesis first proper identification of the problems that hinder us maximizing function fleet TRACTORS JD MF 290 through the analysis mode, faults, causes and effects (FMEA), whose purpose is the optimization was performed maintenance management fleet MF 290 tRACTOR JD company Casa Grande, in order to obtain greater operational availability, reliability and maintainability. When implementing this proposal which significant savings will be reflected progressively in the coming years be obtained. The results achieved are:  We were able to establish indicators to ensure proper management of maintenance and ensure the operational readiness of the fleet MF TRACTORS JD 290.  We set up improvement strategies in the area of maintenance of this equipmentes_PE
dc.description.abstractEl uso de la metodología del Mantenimiento Centrado en la Confiabilidad (MCC) contempla no solamente el estudio del equipo como tal sino de los subsistemas que lo conforman y la interacción con el entorno físico que lo rodea. En esta tesis primero se realizó una adecuada identificación de los problemas que nos dificultan la maximización de la función de la flota de TRACTORES JD MF 290 través del Análisis de modo, fallas, causas y efectos (AMEF), cuya finalidad es la optimización de la gestión del mantenimiento de la flota de TRACTORES JD MF 290 de la empresa Casa Grande, para así poder obtener una mayor disponibilidad operativa, confiabilidad y mantenibilidad. Al aplicar la presente propuesta se obtendría un ahorro significativo el cual se verá plasmado en forma progresiva en los próximos años. Los resultados logrados son:  Pudimos establecer los indicadores para asegurar una adecuada gestión de mantenimiento y asegurar la disponibilidad operativa de la flota de TRACTORES JD MF 290.  Establecimos estrategias de mejora en el área de mantenimiento de este equipo.es_PE
