Abstract
El presente trabajo de Tesis titulado “Sistema de Información Web para mejorar la Gestión Comercial de la Empresa LIBRERÍA LIZDARONI de Pacanguilla” ha sido desarrollado con el propósito de demostrar que se puede mejorar la gestión comercial de la empresa a la que hacemos referencia. Así mismo con la implementación de este sistema permitirá a dicha empresa automatizar los procesos de control de compras, ventas y Almacén, logrando la reducción de tiempos y costos de procesamiento. Este trabajo trata de dar la mayor importancia a la realidad problemática existente en la empresa comercial, dado que a través de ella es que podemos tener una visión clara y objetiva de lo que realmente necesita esta organización, tomando como punto de referencia las opiniones tanto del personal como del gerente de dicha empresa, y la observación realizada en las visitas hechas a la misma. En la actualidad la Empresa LIBRERÍA LIZDARONI de la ciudad de Pacanguilla, adolece de algunas falencias, lo cual no le permite tener un adecuada Gestión, entendiéndose por gestión al conjunto de procesos de compras, ventas y Control de actividades en las unidades de almacén. Entre los principales problemas que presenta esta área, podemos mencionar que no cuenta con un sistema comercial que permita agilizar y llevar un control de las actividades y procesos que se realizan en dicha área, por lo tanto no se cuenta con una base de datos que tenga la seguridad adecuada, así mismo se origina retraso en la elaboración de reportes, como también la demora que se genera para la búsqueda de información; todo esto causando la generación de costos de información respecto al control de pedidos. El objetivo principal del presente trabajo es mejorar la Gestión Comercial del área de Compras, Ventas y Almacén a través de un Sistema de Información Web.

The present work of Thesis graduated with a title Information System Web for the better the company Commercial Management LIZDARONI of Pacanguilla has been trained in order to prove that the company commercial management that we do reference to can improve itself. Likewise with the implementation of this system it will allow the aforementioned company automating the control processes of shopping, sales and Store, achieving the reduction of times and processing costs. This work tries to give the bigger importance to the problematical existing reality in the business venture, granted that through her it is that we can have an obvious and objective vision of what really he needs this organization, taking like reference point opinions as much of the staff as of the manager of the aforementioned company, and the realized observation in the made visits to the same. At the present time the Company LIZDARONI of the city of Pacanguilla, suffers from some fallacies, which does not allow you having an adequate management, getting along well for step to the set of processes of shopping, sales and Control of activities in the units of store. Between the main problems that presents this area, we can mention that he does not count on a trading system that it enables speeding up and carrying a control of the activities and processes that come true in said area, therefore one does not do not count with a data base that has the adequate certainty, delay in the elaboration of reports likewise is originated, as also he delays her that it is generated for the search of information; All this causing the generation of costs of information in relation to order control. The main objective of the present work is improving the Commercial Management of the area of shopping, sales and Store through an Information System Web
