dc.descriptionThe present research was elaborated with the purpose of determining the influence of the organizational climate on the work performance of the workers of Grupo El Comercio - Oficina Trujillo 2016. The theoretical framework of this research deals with general topics about the organizational climate, as well as the way in which it has a significant influence on the work performance of workers. Regarding the methodology, we used the descriptive transectional descriptive design. The population was composed of the 25 workers of Grupo El Comercio Trujillo office, because it was very small sample was not determined. A survey, structured in a series of 36 questions applied to workers, was applied as a data collection technique. We analyzed each question in the questionnaire, which were represented graphically and later grouped according to the organizational climate and work performance dimensions, for a better understanding of these results. To test the hypothesis, the SQUARE CHI Test was used. The Organizational Climate and Work Performance levels in the El Comercio Trujillo Group were obtained as information, which were a high level of 64% and an average level of 40% respectively. As a result, it is concluded that the organizational climate has a favorable influence on the work performance of the workers of Grupo El Comercio office Trujillo, allowing them to perform efficiently.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se elaboró con la finalidad de determinar la influencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de Grupo El Comercio – Oficina Trujillo 2016. El marco teórico de este trabajo de investigación aborda temas generales sobre el clima organizacional, así como también la forma en la que ésta influye de manera significativa en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores. En cuanto a la metodología, se utilizó el diseño descriptivo transeccional correlacional. La población estuvo compuesta por los 25 trabajadores de Grupo El Comercio oficina Trujillo, debido a que fue muy pequeña no se determinó muestra. Se aplicó como técnica de recolección de datos, una encuesta, estructurada en una serie de 36 preguntas aplicada a los trabajadores. Se analizó cada pregunta del cuestionario, las cuales fueron representadas en forma gráfica para posteriormente agruparlas de acuerdo a las dimensiones del clima organizacional y desempeño laboral, para una mayor comprensión de estos resultados. Para contrastar la hipótesis se utilizó la Prueba CHI CUADRADO. Se obtuvo como información los niveles de Clima Organizacional y Desempeño Laboral en Grupo El Comercio Trujillo, las cuales fueron un nivel alto de un 64% y un nivel medio de 40% respectivamente. Como resultado se concluye que el Clima organizacional influye favorablemente en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de Grupo EL Comercio oficina Trujillo, permitiendo desempeñarse eficientemente.es_PE
