Abstract
La presente investigación, se efectuó en relación al empoderamiento de la mujer, planteando como objetivo general: Determinar las características del empoderamiento de la mujer con mayor incidencia en las consultoras de Unique S.A: Talara,2022. Trabajando con un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo descriptivo; utilizando métodos como el deductivo, inductivo, estadístico; técnicas, como la observación, recopilación bibliográfica y la entrevista, además del uso de instrumentos, como el cuestionario: Instrumento de Nivel de Empoderamiento de la Mujer (IMEM). Para el soporte del estudio estadístico, se contempló a una población de 50 consultoras, y a partir de ella, una muestra de 44 consultoras pertenecientes a la zona de Talara; arribando a las siguientes conclusiones: Las características del empoderamiento con mayor incidencia en las consultoras Unique S.A. Talara, 2022, están determinadas por la participación con un nivel alto del 91%, seguida por la igualdad en nivel medio representado por un 75%, la satisfacción social en un nivel medio con un 73%, independencia con 68% a un nivel medio. Y, entre las características con menor incidencia tenemos a la seguridad con nivel medio al 57%, temeridad con un nivel medio al 52% y finalmente las influencias externas con un nivel
medio al 48%.
ABSTRACT This research was carried out in relation to women's empowerment, with the general objective being: Determine the characteristics of women's empowerment with the greatest incidence in the consultants of Unique S.A: Talara,2022. Working with a quantitative, descriptive approach; using methods such as deductive, inductive, statistical; techniques, such as observation, bibliographic compilation and interview, in addition to the use of instruments, such as the questionnaire: Women's Empowerment Level Instrument (IMEM). To support the statistical study, a population of 50 consultants was considered, and from this, a sample of 44 consultants belonging to the Talara area; arriving at the following conclusions: The characteristics of empowerment with the greatest incidence in the Unique S.A. consultancies. Talara, 2022, are determined by participation with a high level of 91%, followed by equality at a medium level represented by 75%, social satisfaction at a medium level with 73%, independence with 68% at a medium level. And, among the characteristics with the lowest incidence we have security with a medium level of 57%, recklessness with a medium level of 52% and finally external influences with a medium level of 48%.
