dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de suficiencia profesional está dirigido a los estudiantes de tercer año de secundaria del colegio “Jesús el Maestro”, Trujillo 2024, con la finalidad de brindar conocimientos a los alumnos a través de imágenes y textos, para que puedan expresar en inglés acciones en su rutina diaria, así mismo, ampliar su vocabulario y conocer estrategias didácticas para mejorar su comprensión lectora. Esta sesión lleva por título “A day in the life”, y cuenta con sus respectivos sustentos teórico y psico-pedagógico. El método comunicativo ha sido considerado como una de las alternativas para otorgar un buen ambiente de enseñanza-aprendizaje a los alumnos, así como el uso de estrategias para una lectura rápida y eficaz. Al finalizar la clase, los estudiantes serán capaces, en base a las estrategias de lectura, entrenar el skimming y scanning para captar información general y específica, así como también leer textos con estructuras complejas y vocabulario variado, además de conocer frases nuevas que recopilarán de un texto, con ayuda de materiales de aprendizaje como imágenes o apoyo visual. Aunque la sesión esté destinada a mejorar las habilidades de lectura en los estudiantes, no se puede dejar de involucrar las otras habilidades que serán utilizadas como apoyo para obtener mejores resultados
dc.description.abstractThe present work of professional sufficiency is designed to the students of the third year of secondary school "Jesús el Maestro", Trujillo 2024, with the purpose of giving knowledge to the students through images and texts, so that they can express in English actions in their daily routine, as well as expand their vocabulary and learn didactic strategies to improve their reading comprehension. This session is entitled "A Day in the life", and has its respective theoretical and psycho-pedagogical support. The Communicative Language Teaching Method has been considered as one of the alternatives to provide a good teaching-learning environment for students, as well as the use of strategies for fast and effective reading. At the end of the class, students will be able, based on reading strategies, to practice skimming and scanning to capture general and specific information, as well as read texts with complex structures and varied vocabulary, in addition to learning new phrases that they will collect from a text, with the help of learning materials such as images or visual support. Although the session is intended to improve students' reading skills, it cannot be ignored the other skills that will be used as support to obtain better results.
