dc.descriptionIn this thesis we investigated and analyzed the different necessary variables (methodologically) to determine viability of the implementation of a higher institute of medical technologies for the company Tomografía Computarizada SAC in Trujillo in 2016. This research was made based on general knowledge of strategic planning (SWOT , PORTER , FEVER ) , market ( supply, demand and unmet demand ) , technical study (location , size , infrastructure and equipment ) , economic analysis ( NPV, IRR , B/C ) and environmental study to demonstrate the viability of starting up a higher institute of medical technologies for the company Tomografía Computarizada SAC in Trujillo in 2016. It was obtained as conclusive results that the values of NPVE ( S / . 1 157,789.00 ) and NPVF ( S / . 1 140,765.00 ) are greater than 0 , the IRRE ( 23,621 % ) and IRRF ( 28.63 % ) are higher the WACC ( 14.02 % ) (and COK ( 14.60% ) respectively) and the B/CE (1.19) and B/CF ( 1.28 ) are greater than 1 , concluding that the project is viable.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEn la presente tesis se investigó y analizó las diferentes variables necesarias (metodológicamente) para determinar viabilidad de la puesta en marcha de un instituto superior de tecnologías médicas para la empresa Tomografía Computarizada SAC en Trujillo al 2016. Esta investigación fue realizada basándose en conocimientos generales de planeamiento estratégico (FODA, PORTER, PESTE), estudio de mercado (oferta, demanda y demanda insatisfecha), estudio técnico (localización, dimensión, infraestructura y equipamiento), estudio económico (VAN, TIR, B/C) y estudio ambiental para demostrar la viabilidad de la puesta en marcha de un instituto superior de tecnologías médicas para la empresa Tomografía Computarizada SAC en Trujillo al 2016. Se obtuvo como resultados conclusivos que los valores del VANE (S/. 1, 157,789.00) y el VANF (S/. 1, 140,765.00) son mayores a 0, que el TIRE (23.621%) y el TIRF (28.63%) son mayores al WACC (14.02%) (y COK (14.60%) respectivamente) y que el B/CE (1.19) y B/CF (1.28) son mayores a 1, concluyendo con esto que el proyecto es viable.es_ES
