dc.descriptionThis document deals with favorable conditions in the district of Cascas for the practice of Agro tourism, which is expressed through the existence of traditional grape cultivation, the positive attitude of farmers and their families against tourist visits and the road accessibility. _x000D_ With respect to the cultivation of the grape, it is manifested in the preparation of the land, planting, narrowing, pruning, moving the ground and fanning, the past of dorms, irrigation, sprouting and flowering, fumigation, maturation of the fruit and harvest; as well as the use of agricultural tools such as the jimmy, pruning shears, tijen, fumigation pumps, fumigation motor; in addition to its environmental characteristics such as the climate represented by temperature, humidity, precipitation, winds and insolation for the production of win. _x000D_ The positive attitude of farmers and their families in front of tourist visits, is manifested by the predisposition as good treatment, friendly, welcoming tourists who visit the Cascas district, in addition to providing food, accommodation and availability to teach the process of grape cultivation. Finally, we have road accessibility, manifested through the access roads from the city of Trujillo and towards the cultivation lands, in addition to the means of transportation that will allow the displacement of tourists. _x000D_ The scientific methods used were: the ethnographic, Inductive and deductive, Analytical - synthetic; techniques such as: direct participant observation, and non-participant observation, signing, interview, survey; the instruments such as: the field notebook, the observation guide, the survey questionnaire, the interview guide, the camera, and the video camera.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl presente documento trata sobre las condiciones favorables en el distrito de Cascas para la práctica del Agroturismo, la cual se expresa a través de la existencia el cultivo tradicional de la uva, la actitud positiva de los agricultores y sus familias frente a las visitas turísticas y la accesibilidad vial. Con respecto al cultivo de la uva se manifiesta en la preparación del terreno, la siembra, el angoste, la poda, la movida del terreno y abanado, la pasada de dormes, el riego, el brote y floración, las fumigaciones, la maduración del fruto y la cosecha; así como el uso de herramientas agrícolas como la barreta, tijera de podar, tijeron, bombas de fumigación, motor de fumigación; además de sus características ambientales como el clima representado por la temperatura, humedad, precipitación, vientos e insolación para la elaboración del vino. _x000D_ La actitud positiva de los agricultores y sus familias frente a visitas turísticas, se manifiesta mediante la predisposición como el buen trato, el ser amables, acogedores con los turistas que visitan el distrito de Cascas, además de brindar alimentación, alojamiento y de poseer disponibilidad de enseñar el proceso del cultivo de la uva. Por último tenemos a la accesibilidad vial, manifestada a través de las vías de acceso desde la ciudad de Trujillo y hacia los terrenos de cultivo, además de los medios de trasportes que permitirá el desplazamiento de los turistas. _x000D_ Los métodos científicos empleados fueron: el etnográfico, Inductivo y deductivo, Analítico – sintético; las técnicas como: observación directa participante, y la observación no participante, el fichaje, la entrevista, la encuesta; los instrumentos como: la libreta de campo, la guía de observación, el cuestionario de encuesta, la guía de entrevista, la cámara fotográfica, y la filmadora.es_PE
