dc.descriptionThe present research work was carried out in the experimental area of “Fundo Agrokasa Santa Catalina”, in the District of Tate, province and departament of Ica. The aim of the experiment was to determine and compare the performance and quality of shoots of three hybrids of green asparagus (Asparagus officinalis L.) with a 1 year of age and a density of 36 200 plants.ha-1. The harvest was carried out between December 16, 2013 and January 6, 2015 The experiment was conducted under the experimental design of randomized complete blocks with five varieties of green asparagus as treatments and three replications. In the run-through was installed Atlas (T1) y UC-157 (T2), as witnesses; against Vegalim (T3), K-967 (T4) y Sunlim (T5) as treatments, the statistical evaluation was based on analysis of variance; and the test of Tukey, 0.05 % of significance. The results showed that Atlas y UC 157 hybrids had no significant difference in overall performance, presenting 19.9 t.ha-1 y 25 t.ha-1 respectively and they were superior to the rest. The largest number of shoots in three harvest was obtained by the commercial hybrid UC 157 with 971 342 shoots per hectare; however the hybrids did not show significant difference in average weight of shoot. Regarding the percentage performance of class I, Vegalim got the best percentage in his three harvest with a 77%, besides of presenting the lowest percentage of open shoots (7%) and twisted shoots (9%).es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en el área experimental del Fundo Agrokasa Santa Catalina, en el distrito de Tate, provincia y departamento Ica. El objetivo del experimentó fue determinar y comparar el rendimiento y calidad de turiones de tres híbridos de espárrago verde (Asparagus officinalis L.) con 1 año de edad y con una densidad de 36 200 plantas.ha-1. La cosecha se llevó a cabo entre el 16 de diciembre del 2013 y el 6 de enero del 2015. El experimento se realizó bajo el diseño experimental de bloques completos al azar con cinco variedades de espárrago verde como tratamientos y tres repeticiones. En el ensayo se instaló Atlas (T1) y UC-157 (T2), como testigos frente a Vegalim (T3), K-967 (T4) y Sunlim (T5) como tratamientos, la evaluación estadística fue en base al análisis de varianza; y a la prueba de Tukey, al 0.05% de significancia. Los resultados mostraron que los híbridos Atlas y UC 157 no tuvieron diferencia significativa en su rendimiento total, presentando 19.9 t.ha-1 y 25 t.ha-1 respectivamente y fueron superiores al resto. El mayor número de turiones en sus tres cosechas lo obtuvo el híbrido comercial UC 157 con 971 342 turiones por hectárea, sin embargo lo híbridos no presentaron diferencia significativa en el peso promedio de turión. Respecto al porcentaje del rendimiento de la clase I, Vegalim obtuvo el mejor porcentaje en sus tres cosechas con un 77%, además presentando el menor porcentaje de turiones abiertos (7%) y torcidos (9%).es_ES
