| dc.description.abstract | La empresa INNOVEK S.A.C tiene por objeto examinar el análisis financiero para mejorar su gestión financiera, a la vez determinar las distintas herramientas financieras que permitan llevar una adecuada gestión de los recursos financieros de la organización; además, analizar la situación financiera de la organización y proponer mejoras que permitan consigo la toma de adecuadas medidas relacionadas a la gestión financiera, evitando posibles escenarios de crisis financiera. Se utilizará el método Deductivo, puesto que, amplía el conocimiento destinado a buscar soluciones utilizables al análisis financiero para analizar su incidencia en la gestión financiera de la empresa INNOVEK S.A.C. Por otro lado, en este proyecto analizó si es que la entidad lleva un adecuado Análisis Financiero, si se lleva una adecuada gestión financiera, ya que, si las personas encargadas de la gestión de la organización no utilizan de manera adecuada los recursos financieros otorgados para el desarrollo eficaz y eficiente de sus operaciones, pues no podrá cumplir con los objetivos y metas establecidas en la empresa de servicios de encarpado. Finalmente, se pudo concluir que el análisis financiero incide directamente en la gestión financiera, ya que, si no se desempeña un buen análisis de los recursos financieros se estará gestionando deficientemente las finanzas de la empresa INNOVEK S.A.C. | |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT The company INNOVEK Inc. its purpose is to examine the financial analysis to improve its financial management, while determining the different financial tools that allow for proper management of the organization's financial resources; In addition, analyze the financial situation of the organization and propose improvements that allow the taking of appropriate measures related to financial management, avoiding possible financial crisis scenarios. The deductive method will be used, since it broadens the knowledge aimed at finding usable solutions to financial analysis to analyze its impact on the financial management of the company INNOVEK Inc. On the other hand, in this project, it was analyzed whether the entity has an adequate Financial Analysis, if adequate financial management is carried out, since, if the people in charge of the organization's management do not use the financial resources granted for the effective and efficient development of its operations, as it will not be able to meet the objectives and goals established in the cover services company. Finally, it was concluded that the financial analysis directly affects the financial management, since, if a good analysis of the financial resources is not performed, the finances of the company INNOVEK Inc. will be poorly managed. | |
