Abstract
La presente investigación tiene como objetivo “Analizar si las Rondas Campesinas deben ser consideradas como una estrategia comunitaria de acceso a la seguridad y la justicia para la población en el distrito de Sayapullo, 2018”.
En tal sentido, se desarrolla el marco metodológico en donde se planteó el problema encontrado en el tratamiento de esta figura jurídica: ¿Deben las Rondas Campesinas ser consideradas como una estrategia comunitaria de acceso a la seguridad y la justicia para la población en el Distrito de Sayapullo?. Posteriormente se desarrolla la justificación, hipótesis, objetivos propuestos y el diseño metodológico, y se definen las variables. Los métodos utilizados son el exegético, sistemático, sociológico, inductivo-deductivo, hermenéutico-jurídico y analítico-sintético. La segunda parte está comprendida por el marco teórico y antecedentes de las Rondas Campesinas a fin de establecer las bases teóricas para el desarrollo de la investigación, toda vez que esta figura sirve como estrategia comunitaria para el acceso a la seguridad y la justicia.
En los seis primeros capítulos se trata todo lo referido a las Rondas Campesinas, pluralismo, acceso a la seguridad y justicia, entre otros puntos. Posteriormente, se desarrollan los resultados, el análisis y discusión de estos. Por lo que, se llega a la conclusión de que, las Rondas Campesinas deben ser consideradas como una estrategia comunitaria de acceso a la seguridad y la justicia para la población en el distrito de Sayapullo, 2018.

The present investigation has as aim "Analyze if the rural rounds must be considered to be a community strategy of access to the safety and the justice for the population in Sayapullo district, 2018".
To this respect, the methodological frame develops where there appeared the problem found in the treatment of this juridical figure: do they owe the rural rounds be considered to be a community strategy of access to the safety and the justice for the population in Sayapullo district? Later there develops the justification, hypothesis, proposed aims and the methodological design, and the variables are defined. The used methods are the exegetico, systematicly, sociologically, inductively - deductively, hermeneutically - juridically and analytical - synthetically. The second part is understood by the theoretical frame and precedents of the Rural Rounds in order to establish the theoretical bases for the development of the investigation, although this figure serves as community strategy for the access to the safety and the justice.
In the first six chapters it treats itself all recounted to the Rural Rounds, pluralism, I access to the safety and justice, between other points. Later, develops the results, the analysis and discussion of these. For what, it comes near to the conclusion of which, the rural rounds must be considered to be a community strategy of access to the safety and the justice for the population in Sayapullo district, 2018.
