Estilo de vida y estrés laboral en tiempos de COVID-19, en docentes de la Escuela de Enfermería

Abstract
La presente investigación es de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo – correlacional, de corte transversal, cuyo objetivo es determinar la relación entre el estilo de vida y el nivel de estrés laboral en los docentes de la Escuela Profesional de Enfermería de la Universidad Católica Los Ángeles de Chimbote. Con un universo muestral de 33 docentes, a quienes se le aplicó los instrumentos de estilos de vida y estrés laboral, posteriormente se procesó la información haciendo uso del estadístico Chi cuadrado, presentando el p-valor con un nivel de confianza del 95%, y 5% de significancia, y la base de datos en el software SPSS Statistics 23.0. Los resultados obtenidos fueron que, el 48,5% de los docentes tienen un estilo de vida saludable, un 45,5% moderadamente saludable y un 6,1% un estilo de vida no saludable; así mismo el 60,6% de los docentes tienen un bajo estrés laboral, un 36,4% en promedio bajo estrés laboral y un 3% en promedio alto estrés laboral, y sí existe relación estadísticamente significativa entre las variables estilo de vida y estrés laboral; por lo tanto, concluye que el estilo de vida repercute directamente en la presencia y manejo del estrés laboral.
The present investigation is of a quantitative, descriptive - correlational, cross-sectional type, whose objective is to determine the relationship between lifestyle and the level of work stress in teachers of the Professional School of Nursing of the Universidad Católica Los Angeles de Chimbote. With a sample universe of 33 teachers, to whom the lifestyle and work stress instruments were applied, the information was subsequently processed using the Chi-square statistic, presenting the p-value with a confidence level of 95%, and 5% significance, and the database in SPSS Statistics 23.0 software. The results obtained were that 48.5% of teachers have a healthy lifestyle, 45.5% moderately healthy and 6.1% an unhealthy lifestyle; likewise, 60.6% of teachers have low work stress, 36.4% on average low work stress and 3% on average high work stress, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the variables lifestyle and stress labor; therefore, it concludes that lifestyle has a direct impact on the presence and management of work stress.
