dc.descriptionThe proper functioning of the pre-analytical phase is essential for the clinical laboratory, since it is the main cause of errors in the laboratory, which is why the objective of this research was to standardize and implement quality control in the Pre-analytical Phase in the laboratory. Clinic at the Jerusalem District Hospital, level II-1 Trujillo. It began with an initial diagnosis of the Pre-analytical Phase through the use of a Checklist based on ISO 15189:2014; preparation of tables, flowcharts and a Manual of Pre-analytical Processes to carry out the standardization of the pre-analytical Phase as the first step of quality control, pre-analytical errors were also identified, quality indicators were designed and implemented ending in the elaboration of a request for improvement action and the application of a checklist as a final evaluation for the personnel involved in the implementation where the change that generated the standardization and implementation of a Quality Control of the Pre-analytical Phase with respect to the analysis was verified. Where the data of the situational diagnosis were analyzed, finding that, of the 12 verified items, 33% meet the requirements and 67% have not been implemented, 50% of the total items are not systematically and documentaryly defined, but the laboratory takes actions to comply with them. Due to the above, quality control was standardized and implemented in the Pre-analytical Phase of the clinical laboratory of the Jerusalem District Hospital, thus generating a model to motivate and promote the clinical laboratories of the different public hospitals in the country, which not only seek to prioritize the number of patients attended, if not the satisfaction of the users and the quality of the services offered, thereby achieving true support for the diagnosis.es_PE
dc.description.abstractEl buen funcionamiento de la fase pre analítica es fundamental para el laboratorio clínico, pues es la principal causa de errores en el laboratorio es por ello que la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo estandarizar e implementar un control de calidad en la Fase Pre analítica en el laboratorio clínico del Hospital Distrital Jerusalén, nivel II- 1 Trujillo. Se inició con un diagnóstico inicial de la Fase Pre analítica mediante el uso de una Lista de Verificación en base a la Norma ISO 15189:2014; elaboración de tablas , flujogramas y un Manual de Procesos Pre analíticos para llevar a cabo la estandarización de la Fase pre analítica como primer paso del control de calidad, también se identificó los errores pre analíticos, se diseñaron e implementaron indicadores de calidad terminando en la elaboración de una solicitud de acción de mejora y la aplicación de una lista de verificación como evaluación final para el personal involucrado en la implementación donde se verificó el cambio que género la estandarización e implementación de un Control de Calidad de la Fase Pre analítica con respecto al análisis inicial donde se analizaron los datos del diagnóstico situacional encontrándose que, de los 12 ítems verificados, el 33% cumple con los requisitos y el 67% no se han implementado, el 50% del total de los ítems no están definidos sistemática y documentalmente pero el laboratorio realiza acciones para cumplirlos. Por lo antes expuesto se estandarizó e implementó un control de calidad en la Fase Pre analítica del laboratorio clínico del Hospital Distrital Jerusalén, generando así un modelo para motivar e impulsar a los laboratorios clínicos de los diferentes hospitales públicos del país, que no solo busquen priorizar el número de pacientes atendidos, si no la satisfacción de los usuarios y la calidad de los servicios ofrecidos, logrando con ello un verdadero apoyo al diagnóstico.es_PE
