Abstract
El informe de investigación cuyo propósito fue determinar la relación que existe entre el Neuroliderazgo directivo y el clima laboral en las instituciones educativas – Huamachuco, 2023.El tipo de investigación es básica. No experimental, donde no hay manipulación de las variables de manera deliberada. Siendo correlacional, este diseño se basa en describir la influencia entre dos o más categorías. De corte transversal, cuyo objetivo fue recolectar datos en un solo momento, se trabajó con una muestra total de 100 docentes donde participaron el nivel inicial, primaria y secundaria. Se elaboró, validó y aplicó dicho cuestionario sobre el Neuroliderazgo directivo y el clima laboral en las instituciones educativas – Huamachuco, 2023. En la variable neuroliderazgo directivo, muestra una significativa mayoría de docentes, el 75%, considera que el nivel de neuroliderazgo directivo en general es deficiente. Un 22% lo califica como regular y solamente un 3% lo percibe como bueno. Mientras, que en la variable clima laboral, el 88% de docentes percibe el clima laboral como deficiente entre su personal directivo. Solo un 9% lo califica como regular y un 3% como bueno. Los resultados demuestran que el neuroliderazgo y el clima laboral se relaciona de manera significativa.
The research report whose purpose was to determine the relationship that exists between managerial Neuroleadership and the work environment in educational institutions - Huamachuco, 2023. The type of research is basic. Non-experimental, where there is no deliberate manipulation of the variables. Being correlational, this design is based on describing the influence between two or more categories. Cross-sectional, whose objective was to collect data at a single moment, we worked with a total sample of 100 teachers where the initial, primary and secondary levels participated. This questionnaire on managerial Neuroleadership and the work environment in educational institutions was developed, validated and applied - Huamachuco, 2023. In the variable managerial neuroleadership, a significant majority of teachers, 75%, consider that the level of managerial neuroleadership in general is deficient. 22% rate it as average and only 3% perceive it as good. Meanwhile, in the work environment variable, 88% of teachers perceive the work environment as poor among their management staff. Only 9% rate it as average and 3% as good. The results show that neuroleadership and the work environment are significantly related.
