dc.descriptionThis thesis aims to analyze the influence of social distancing on the mental health of the teachers of the I.E Nª1784, located in the region of La Libertad, in the district of La Esperanza, in the period 2021. The type of research to be developed has a descriptive design, working with a population of 22 teachers. For this research, quantitative research techniques and methods were applied, such as the inductive-deductive and statistical method, the survey technique and the interview. Concerning the results, it can be inferred that the new forms implemented in the pandemic situation affect the mental health of teachers, being stress and anxiety features that are present, due to this type of virtual teaching, which involves working with students and also with parents to reinforce their children's learning. Given the increase of COVID-19 cases at national level, there was a change from a traditional education to a virtual education, which means a very short period for the adaptation of teachers to this new modality, whose effects are evidenced in physical and mental health. dc.description.abstractLa presente tesis se realizó con la finalidad de analizar la influencia del distanciamiento social en la salud mental de las docentes de la I.E Nº1784, ubicada en la región de La Libertad, en el distrito de La Esperanza, en el periodo 2021. El tipo de investigación a desarrollar tiene un diseño descriptivo, se trabajó con una población de 22 docentes. Para esta investigación se aplicaron técnicas y métodos de la investigación cuantitativa, como el método inductivo-deductivo, estadístico, la técnica de la encuesta y la entrevista. En relación a los resultados se puede inferir que las nuevas formas implementadas ante la situación de pandemia, afectan la salud mental de las docentes, siendo el estrés y la ansiedad rasgos que están presentes, por este tipo de enseñanza virtual, que involucra el trabajo con los estudiantes y además con los padres de familia para el reforzamiento para el aprendizaje de sus hijos. Ante el incremento de casos de COVID-19 a nivel nacional se produjo un cambio de una educación tradicional a una educación virtual, lo que supone un periodo muy corto para la adaptación de las docentes a esta nueva modalidad, cuyos efectos se ven evidenciados en la salud física y la salud mental.
